Project scope

The project aims at activating grandparents 50 + through integration with grandchildren. The project consists of three elements that show how different everyday objects can integrate their grandparents with grandchildren. Each object has two functions, useful for Grandpa spending time at home and encouraging fun, education or evoke nice emotion for his grandson. The aim of this project is to stay positive memories of his grandfather at home, encourage more frequent attendance grandfather, then to integrate, and thus activation of seniors. Grandparents are getting older, but as a result of advances in medicine are healthy and active. The growing importance of grandparents as caregivers is growing due to the lack of jobs for people 50 + or early retirement and busy parents. Occasional meetings with grandsons because of migration should be attractive and well remembered by grandchildren.
